What counts as an "active role"?
An active role is any job posting you're currently screening candidates against. You can archive or close roles at any time — archived roles don't count toward your limit. Switch out roles freely as your hiring needs change.
How does AI screening work?
HireForge evaluates each candidate against your specific role requirements — certifications, skills, experience level, location, and shift type. Every candidate gets a 0–100 score across five dimensions, a plain-English AI summary, and a recommended action: Strong Hire, Interview, Maybe, or Pass.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. Your data and screening history are never deleted when you change plans.
What industries does HireForge support?
HireForge is purpose-built for industrial and trades hiring — construction, manufacturing, logistics, electrical, HVAC, welding, and similar skilled-labor roles. The AI understands industry-specific certifications (OSHA, TWIC, CDL, CWI, etc.) and trades terminology out of the box.
Is my payment information secure?
